Membership Options

Memberships are valid for one full year from the date of registration and include a membership with the Masters of Foxhounds Association of North America, reflecting the Hunt’s commitment to tradition, recognized standards, and the preservation of the sport.

  • Under 18 Membership

    0$
    Complimentary membership for riders under 18. A great way to get started and gain experience in a supportive environment.

  • Social Membership

    440$
    For those who want to be part of the community—no riding required! Enjoy access all club social events while staying connected to the ECH community.
    Valid for 12 months

    • Intermediate Membership

      600$
      Full membership for riders aged 19–35. Includes full access to hunts, events, and all club benefits.
      Valid for 12 months

      • Auxiliary Membership

        1,100$
        For riders attending a maximum of 5 hunts per season. Includes members-only social events and priority access to club activities.
        Valid for 12 months

        • Senior Membership

          2,600$
          Full membership for riders 35+. Includes all club benefits plus one complimentary hunt cap for a guest.
          Valid for 12 months

          • Family Membership

            2,880$
            Includes one senior rider, all junior children under 18, and a social membership for one non-riding spouse. Also includes one guest hunt cap.
            Valid for 12 months

            • My Hunt Horse

              2,800$
              Plan Includes 5 hunts, 2 social summer rides, one Hunter Pace Event all on an experienced hire horse! Plus Full Social Member benefits priority status and Membership dues for the MFHA

              • Corporate Membership

                3,000$
                Includes social event access for up to 10 employees, 4 Hunt Ball tickets, 4 hunt caps, and priority booking for club activities.
                Valid for 12 months

                • Advertising Package

                  4,000$
                  Promote your business with logo placement on emails and website, plus a dedicated email campaign. Includes full membership benefits and one guest hunt cap.
                  Valid for 12 months

                  Membership Notes

                  • All riding members must hold a valid Ontario Equestrian membership or equivalent approved insurance. Proof of coverage, including your membership number, must be provided to ECH.

                  • All riding members are required to sign an annual waiver and wear approved helmet.

                  • All fees are subject to HST.

                  • Membership renewals completed after the renewal date will be subject to a 10% late fee.

                  New to the Sport?

                  Riders who have never previously been members of a recognized hunt are eligible for 50% off their first year of ECH riding membership. This introductory offer is designed to welcome newcomers and encourage participation in the traditions and community of mounted hunting.
